The New Cabin has 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the enclosed porch, and sleeps 6. It is located on the lower section of Uppper Pine Bottom Creek. near the intersection of Rt. 44 and Rt. 414. It is only 1 mile from Waterville, and only 1/2 mile to the Waterville access area of the Pine Creek hiking/biking trail. It is only 20 minutes to the finest trout fishing east of the Rocky Mts. at Slate Run. In addition, another one of the areas most productive Catch and Release fly fishing section on Little Pine Creek is only 10 minutes away. The hummingbird feeders provide constant entertainment, as these winged jewels hover, quarrel, dart, and swoop, defending their favorite feeding location. Wild turkeys, deer, foxes, and other "critters" frequent the area and are often seen. An active bald eagle's nest is only 7 minutes away.

The cabin's internet and phone service make it possible for many executives to continue their professional responsibilities and still enjoy the finest of what nature provides, as well as some of the best trout fishing streams and hiking/bikingtrails in the nation.

The Turkey Lodge, sleeps 9, has 3 bedrooms, with room for additional bunk beds, and possibly other sleeping accommodations in the facility with cathedral type ceiling. It also has two bathrooms, and 2 showers, plus a bath tub. It has a huge combination kitchen, dining, living room, as well.

It has direct access to Little Pine Creek, only a couple of hundred feet away, which is a stocked trout stream. You can launch your kayak or canoe in the spring and early summer for an exciting 4 mile run through the steep walled canyon to Waterville, 4 miles away. It is located about 500 yds. below the dam of the Little Pine Creek State Park, in a grove of huge old white pine trees. a lovely, and quite private setting. One of the areas Most producive Catch and Release fly fishing sections is only 5 minutes away, and Slate Run with the finest trout fishing east of the Rocky Mountains is only 20 minutes.

The Pine Creek Trail, one of the world's 10 best biking and hiking trails, according to USA Today, is only 4 miles away, with shuttle service generally available.

For bird lovers and those who really love nature, the hummingbird feeders provide constant entertainment and an active eagle's nest only 2 miles away provides unique viewing and photo opportunities.

The Deer Lodge is located 4 miles from Waterville, and 3/4 of a mile from Little Pine Creek State Park. It is only 50 yards from Little Pine Creek, a stocked trout stream, and is in a shaded setting of very large white pines and oaks. A nearby animal feeder attracts wild turkeys, deer, and a host of other "critters". There is a stone fireplace with picnic table in a small pavillion to the side of the cabin. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, makes it perfect for a couple with two children. There is a pull out bed in the large all-purpose room. Phone service, TV andf hi-speed internet service are included in the rental. A shower, indoor plumbing, gas stove, refrigerator, TV set, and most other modern conveniences are included, as well as most of the pots and pans, dishes, etc. that will be needed, are included.
